Born and raised in Seattle, Sarah is a true local expert with a deep appreciation for the Pacific Northwest and the people who call it home. After graduating from Washington State University, she spent four years traveling and working around the world — from teaching English in Thailand to working at a U.S. Military hotel in Germany. These experiences shaped her ability to adapt quickly, listen closely, and connect meaningfully with people from all walks of life.
After returning home to Seattle, Sarah leaned into what she loves most: helping people navigate big life moments. She understands that buying or selling a home is never “just a transaction” — it’s personal, emotional, and often layered with many moving parts. Sarah takes the time to truly understand her clients’ needs, meets them exactly where they are, and supports them at a pace that feels right. Whether guiding an exciting new chapter or a more challenging transition, she approaches every situation with care, patience, and honesty.

When she’s not helping clients find their next home, Sarah enjoys exploring Seattle’s restaurant scene, traveling whenever she can, and adventuring with her trusted sidekick, Ellie.
